Leaked images of the upcoming Asus motherboards have been spotted for upcoming CES events. The company seems to offering both the Asus ROG Maximus XIII Hero and ROG Maximus XIII Extreme Glacial.
In a tweet posted on Twitter, the design reveals the new versions of Asus motherboards from the ROG Maximus series. As the leaks indicate that the Extreme Glacial panel comes with a liquid cooling feature. Also, Glacial features a monoblock design for cooling the power supply and processing unit; by the help of liquid cooling for slides.
Also, some expectations indicate the possibility of cooling one of the M.2 slots via liquid cooling technology. On the other hand the design of the Maximus XIII Hero motherboard mimics the previous version XII. However, there are some slight changes in the design.
The Maximus XIII Hero motherboard appears in the leaked images is with a silver lid for the heatsink as an alternative to the glossy black color. While the VRM now comes with RGB lighting, and the upgrade expectation of Maximus XIII Hero power system.
